The Yardi Systems Administrator serves as Aegis Living’s primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Yardi platform. This role ensures system integrity, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and user success across the enterprise. The position administers, configures, supports, and continuously improves Yardi Voyager and related modules while partnering with Finance, Operations, Sales/Marketing, Care + Health Services, IT, and vendor resources to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and maintain reliable integrations.

• Serve as the primary Yardi administrator for user access, security, permissions, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor integrations and transactional data flows to ensure information moves accurately and timely between Yardi and connected platforms.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, integration failures, and system errors through root-cause analysis, corrective action, and ongoing monitoring.
• Perform data audits, validations, and manual corrections when necessary, and coordinate sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Configure and enhance system settings, workflows, and business processes to support operational objectives, internal controls, compliance, and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain custom Yardi reports, system documentation, configuration records, process workflows, and support logs.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve technical issues, and coordinate upgrades, implementations, and module expansion.
• Provide responsive user support and develop training materials and sessions that strengthen adoption, consistency, and effective use of Yardi capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of experience administering Yardi Voyager or a comparable Yardi platform.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and data management practices.
• Demonstrated success diagnosing system, integration, and data-quality issues and coordinating resolution.
• Proficiency in system configuration, security administration, workflow setup, reporting, and user support.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Senior living, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or property management.
• Yardi implementations, upgrades, or module expansions.
• Integration tools, middleware, training development, and end-user education.
