Aegis Living has 39 Communities across WA, CA, and NV. We offer luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care in communities that are designed to celebrate life and provide loving care for our residents.
The Human Resource Business Partner will be a hands-on people leader who will lead and administer innovative and competitive Human Resource practices to our 3000+ employees across all 39 Aegis Living communities.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Human Resource Business Partner will partner and collaborate with business leaders to build strategies and set priorities. They will develop and execute HR strategies across organizational effectiveness and design, talent management, manger effectiveness, culture, and engagement. They serve as a strategic partner to leaders on human resource related issues and serve as an employee champion throughout the employee lifecycle. They will demonstrate the capacity to interpret data driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and overall employee experience. The HRBP supports human resource projects and teams to meet the needs of managers and staff and in support of the company's strategic objectives.

This is a hybrid role (4 days in office, 1 day work from home) at our Bellevue, WA corporate headquarters.
Willing to drive to Aegis Communities in the Greater Seattle Area as needed. Able to travel to California communities 1 week per quarter.
